It’s the ideal retreat to rejuvenate the senses after a nights drinking. Borovets nightlife can get pretty wild, so use this retreat to recover. The beauty salon offers a variety of new generation equipment, from manicures to thermal therapies. Hairdresser and gym is located on site as well, so give the groom a buzz cut for his ski stag do. For massage we can recommend either a classic, sport or hot stone massage; conducted by professional and experienced masseuses. Whether its been a long day on the slopes or exhausting hike into the Rila mountains, you can find your haven in the Samokov spa.

Ski stag weekends can be pretty intense, so I'm sure the groom and bestman will need some quality relaxation at some stage. 'Go-Borovets' has teamed up with hotel Samokov to offer a wide range of spa day options for our stag packages in Borovets.
Our most popular spa day option includes access to the Samokovs recently renovated wellness centre and 1 complimentary treatment. There are 3 types of massage available performed by professionally trained masseuse’s including: sport, classic and hot stone.
There is also a brand new In Detoxification treatment available. The Ion detoxification foot spa is designed to re-energise and re-balance the entire body. The treatment lasts 30 minutes and the frequency of treatments is specific to the person.
The spa itself is very nice with a hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and ice buckets. Lighting is low and relaxing; the perfect retreat after a day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking. Our Go Borovets spa day package also includes access to the Samokov swimming pool which is a 25m pool; so for any swimming enthusiasts this is the ideal place to keep your training up.

I used the Go Borovets spa package at hotel samokov last summer. We were on a ski stag holiday and it was really nice to use the wellness centre; which was modern and relaxing. I also used the 25m pool and had a hot stone massage which was excellent.

We used the Go Borovets spa day voucher during my ski trip. My bestman had the sports massage and I had the classic massage. It was a professional set up; a little clinical but professional and experienced masseuse’s for sure. Do note it seems there is no gender rule in regards to your masseuse; so for a female unless you specifically ask you may be allocated a male masseuse.

During a ski stag holiday in Borovets I used the spa day package and thought it was good value for money. In the UK a massage alone would be more. I had a sports massage; used the wellness centre and the pool. The pool was particularly impressive as it is a 25m pool probably built during the Olympic games. It was ideal for me as I am training to do an Iron-man so I really enjoyed the pool size and it was nice and quiet. All in all good value.
