How do i contact you?
If contacting our team outside of Bulgaria, we suggest using our on-line enquiry form first. Save your telephone bill, we will call you back. We have staff based in Borovets, Sofia and England. Book in Euros, Lev or pound sterling.
How do i book?
First a 20% deposit payment, either in LEV, EUROS or GBP. Your final balance is due 10 weeks before your departure date. Our office accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. You can choose to pay our Bulgarian or English account.
What happens once I’ve paid deposits / booked?
We send your booking receipts and confirmations to your e-mail. We give you reference codes and clothing requirements, and answer any of your local questions. We are here to give you full support.

Is Borovets suitable for beginners?
Our Borovets day tours offer the perfect introduction to adventure sports. But fitness levels will be determined by the tour you pick. If unsure, just ask us. We believe guests that have moderate fitness levels, will enjoy all our day tours.
Do I need travel insurance for my trip?
Yes you must have proof of sports and travel insurance. Always safety first. Be sensible. Be protected.
Do you offer ski and winter clothing?
We offer helmet rental but not ski clothing. Helmet rental is £10.00 per person per day.
Can you organise transfers to/from the Airport?
Yes. We will collect from Sofia airport, and our drivers are always tracking your flights. If your flight is delayed we will monitor the situation and keep in touch. This is one of the reasons why we need your mobile number. Sofia airport is only 1 hour 15 minutes from Borovets, making it an attractive destination for ski weekends. Whether a ski stag weekend or a corporate event, we offer modern A/C buses. Our drivers are highly professional. We do not allow alcohol on our buses, and any ski stag do group must be well behaved.
What types of accommodation do you offer?
Our Travel Agency works exclusively with the 4 star Samokov hotel. Rooms are twin or double, en-suite with balcony. Wifi and half board included. On site at the hotel is the state-of-the-art thermal suite, which includes a steam bath and Finnish sauna. Guests have access to the gym, indoor swimming pool and beauty centre. With 260 rooms, we have the flexibility to accept large stag group requests. Party alongside our reps for the ultimate stag do in Bulgaria.
How do you rate the skiing in Borovets?
Firstly, its important to know that the snow is fantastic and very reliable in the Rila mountains. Best time to ski is between: December and the last weekend in March. We wouldn’t recommend to ski in April. If you are a beginner, learning to ski is half the price in comparison to France and Austria. For intermediate skiers, Borovets is the perfect resort with lots of red runs and challenging blues. For advanced skiers and snowboarders, Borovets has 3 or 4 days of quality runs before needing more variety. For ski weekends, most guests are only coming for three nights and two days of skiing, so there is more than enough runs to enjoy. Food and drink is very reasonable, half the price of France. So definitely a budget saver.
Is Borovets a summer destination?
100% YES. This incredible resort has so much more to offer than just being a winter destination. From lake fishing and hiking to quad bike safaris and downhill biking. There are a vast array of choices, and our guests can pick and mix by booking our day tours. We understand that ski holidays and stag do weekends are very popular in Borovets, but the summer season is getting better and better.
Can i bespoke my own stay?
Our daily tours can be booked for solo travellers or groups alike. Either book onto an open tour, or bespoke your own tailor made version. We’ve helped organise snow festivals, tubing competitions, team building, Bulgaria ski stag weekends and even honeymoons.
Is Borovets right for a ski stag holiday?
Borovets has the cheapest beer prices of all ski resorts in Europe, so it has gained the reputation for partying and has attracted the Bulgaria stag weekends coming from Britain. The après nightlife in Borovets does tend to get quite wild in the winter months, with lap dancing and pubs on every corner. This is good if you are ski stag do. During the day time, Borovets functions like any other quality ski resort. With excellent ski schools, fast lift networks and plenty of activities for none skiers.
